1st Peter 2:24 "He himself bore our sins" in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for Righteousness; " by his wounds you have been healed."
Everyday is a day of victory in Christ Jesus, Yes He took our sins so that we may enjoy in His abundance. The punishment that we deserved, has been pulled out by Christ on the cross, so no longer we should live in the bundles of guilt or shame, as now you are clean and washed through Christ sacrament. Jesus calls you 'Righteous' - you are right and just because of His Grace - the blood that he has shed on the Cross. It not only cleansed you from the sins but also promised health. Claim your Victory in Jesus over your physical health. God's healing is flowing to make you well.
